As the Worldwide Director of Partner Experience
at Microsoft, I am on
point for leading our Partner relationship and experience strategy for
Microsoft Partners around the world. This includes working with our
Partner experience leads from each of the countries as well as our
Partner Community engines (including my Microsoft Partner Community
and Microsoft Partner Mobile App) and
other feedback mechanisms to identify key issues and opportunities to
increase the satisfaction of Microsoft Partners around the world with
I am very excited to be in this role given my background and personal experience with our Microsoft Partner channel. I worked for a channel partner for several years, then started and owned a channel partner (system builder, software and hardware reseller, and network integrator) for many years. In addition, I have been working with Microsoft Licensing and Partner Programs for over 20 years now while at a Partner, while owning a Partner, and now at Microsoft.
While at Microsoft, I have had the fortune to work with many of you through a variety of initiatives, including: the Microsoft Small Business Channel Community launch; Broad Partner engagement programs; Disaster Relief Programs; Conferences; Small Business Specialist Community; and many more, such as these. As the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Experience Lead, I have the opportunity to interact with many more of you directly or through our team, as we take this journey of building our partnership together. As I’ve said many times before, “As a Partner driven company, the only way we are successful is if you are successful, so you have noooo idea how motivated we are to make sure you are REALLLY successful!” So I look forward to working with all of you, wherever you are located, to grow and enrich the relationship between our companies as we work to drive our joint success today, tomorrow, and into the future, together.
