- This is a purchase of the software licenses, not a lease or rental.
2) What is the difference between the up-front payment and spread payments options?
- With the up-front payment option, you choose to pay the full amount at time of purchase. With the spread payments option, you are able to make three equal annual payments without interest or finance charges to provide easier cash flow for your business.
3) Do I really pay for this on a daily basis?
- No, payments are made in three equal annual payments. The price per day is calculated by dividing the annual payment amount by number of days in the year.
4) Do the licenses expire at some point in time?
- No. These are perpetual licenses, meaning upon payment in full for the licenses, you own the licenses and can continue to use them for as long as you like. The Software Assurance benefits included with your licenses do have a three year term, which can be renewed in additional three year increments upon expiration.

7) What is Windows Vista Enterprise?
